Most students choose to study at ISE after a recommendation from a friend!

The school is made up of undergraduates, post graduates and working professionals, with an average age of 28 years old.

16 and 17 year olds on adult courses

Students at ISE Brighton can start from age 16, with no maximum age. Students aged 16 and 17 may not receive the same level of supervision as exists on the ISE Young Learner programme as study time and facilities wil be shared with adult students (over 18years old). Any 16 and 17 year old students attending adult courses will required to submit a completed Parental Consent form.

All students or parents of under 18 year old students should read the ISE Statement for under 18s

Academic Student Management

At ISE students experience excellent teaching in mixed-nationality classes. Our teachers, some of whom are also teacher trainers, have been carefully chosen for their student-centred approach, experience and proven ability to help students learn in a stimulating and lively environment.

Academic progress is monitored by senior teachers. ISE teachers also help you to design a personal study plan to achieve particular goals such as passing an exam or improving a language weakness.

All ISE staff are committed to ensuring that you enjoy an excellent course with successful results.
